Aaron Quyn is Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Leeds and Honorary Consultant Surgeon at LTHT. His main clinical interest is surgery for advanced rectal cancer, working in the UKs largest tertiary referral centre for recurrent rectal cancer. As Deputy Clinical Director for an RCS Engl. Surgical Trials Centre, he brings experience in the design and coordination of surgical trials, including personal experience in delivering clinical trials of surgical technology (VIRUSEND, YCR AURORA). He is chief investigator of an NIHR HTA funded trial investigating rectal cancer outcomes (POLARIS).
